Water Heater Leak in Buena Park, CA Home

The water heater in the garage of a Buena Park home leaked causing water damage to adjoining gym room. At the time of SERVPRO of Buena Park's arrival, the paint on the wall had started to peel off. While not as notable as the wall damage, the laminate floor was affected as well. Due to the amount of moisture in the walls and flooring, these materials had to be removed. After these materials were removed, our technicians began the process of drying the salvaged materials which include the wood studs and the concrete floor beneath the laminate floor.
