Fire Sprinkler System Leak Due to Extreme Cold Weather

This water damage was due to a freeze to the fire sprinkler system nearest the roof. This three level log cabin home was fully involved.

In the garage, the ducts had trapped water inside as shown in the before photo. This home was not easy to reach due to the amount of snow and ice on the roads. The homeowners were extremely appreciative of the fact that we were able to make it out to their home daily for several weeks, especially under the dangerous circumstances to get there. They were also very content with the attention and care our SERVPRO of Buena Park team put forth in their home.
